TransferHome is a service that allows you to easily, securely and quickly top up most Pay As You Go phones worldwide without any unwanted processing fees.

Yes. TransferHome is secure and uses industry leading technology to protect your personal data and payments. We keep all your information safe. When you top up online using TransferHome, the recipient won't receive any sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number etc. This way, you don't have to worry about transferring (topping up) mobile credit abroad.

Moreover, any information you provide goes through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which is one of the safest and most widely used security protocols available on the web.

During or after transactions none of your credit/debit card information is saved by TransferHome, it's stored by a secure payment processor that keeps details secure against PCI compliance requirements set by Visa, Mastercard etc.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT ON WEBSITE

The process is very simple and straightforward.

  • To use TransferHome, you need to create an account.
  • Tap sign up and fill in the necessary fields (it will take a few seconds) to create an account.
  • You'll receive a PIN which you'll need each time you log in to your account.
  • To login into your account, you need to use the phone number you registered with.
  • We'll send you a PIN code via SMS to complete the registration process.
  • For security reasons, you aren't able to use the app on multiple devices at the same time.
USING WEBSITE

With TransferHome, you can recharge Pay As You Go mobiles instantly in over 250 locations worldwide.

To send top-up, follow these steps:

  1. Choose a country from the list.
  2. Enter the mobile number you want to transfer mobile credit to.
  3. Choose the amount you want to send.
  4. Choose the Payment method you want to use. You can use your balance (for registered customers), credit/debit card or PayPal.
  5. Confirm and Transfer. The mobile top up will be transferred instantly.

Fast Check-Out means that you aren't required to have a registered account to transfer mobile credit. Registered customers receive extra benefits and features when using our service, which makes the process of topping up easier. For example, only registered users can use their Balance to transfer credits.

You can recharge most Pay As You Go mobiles in over 250 countries worldwide. We work with over 500 network providers and partners, ensuring your transfer completes as expected.

Mobile top up is transferred to Pay As You Go phone numbers within a few seconds. However, on some occasions, there may be a short delay on the operator's side. To keep you updated, we'll send push notifications when your top-up has been successfully processed. You can turn these on within your account/app settings). If you're unsure about the success of your transaction, you can view past completed and failed transactions by tapping on the History tab within the app.

Yes. The top-up will be delivered to the phone wherever it is in the world. Unfortunately, right now you can’t top up UK Pay As You Go numbers (+44).

You can find all the details from your previous transactions, including the reference numbers with the date, time, amount and phone number you transferred to within the History tab from your account and/or at the bottom of the app.

  1. The numbers you most frequently transfer to will automatically be added to your favourites. They will appear in order of most used.
  2. You can manually add and remove numbers from your favourites, tap the heart symbol next to the contact. The heart will turn yellow for added contacts and white for normal/removed contacts.
FEES AND CHARGES

There are no monthly charges or commitments associated with the app/website. We also do not add any processing fees for mobile credit transfers. The TransferHome App is completely free to download from Google Play and the App Store.

PAYMENTS

The currency of your account is automatically selected based on the origin of your mobile phone number.

  • Europe - Euro
  • UK - GBP
  • Rest of the world - USD

The currency of your account is automatically selected based on the origin of your mobile phone number that’s used. You aren’t able to change this.

The recipient will receive his/her mobile top up in the local currency of his/her country.

  • You can top up your balance and use it anytime you need to transfer money (for registered customers).
  • You can transfer payments from your debit/credit card.
  • You can recharge from your PayPal account.

The information you submit within the TransferHome service is protected by the highest level of industry-standard SSL encryption.

None of your credit/debit information is stored by TransferHome. Any information submitted via the TransferHome website or mobile app when making a transaction is encrypted and stored within our secure payment processor. Your details are safely kept within the strict PCI compliant requirements set out by reliable Partners such as VISA, MasterCard, PayPal etc.

INSTALLING THE APP

The current version of TransferHome App supports the following devices:

  • Android Phones: Android 4.1 and above
  • iPhone: iOS 11.0 and above

It’s easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. On your device, tap the Play Store icon.
  2. Search for the app named TransferHome and select it.
  3. Tap the button labelled FREE; the button will then change to say OK.
  4. Tap the button labelled OK.
  5. Once the installation is complete, TransferHome App should appear with your applications.

It’s easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. On your device, tap the App Store icon.
  2. Search for the app named TransferHome and select it.
  3. Tap the button labelled FREE; this button will then change to say Install.
  4. Tap the button labelled Install (Note: You may be prompted to enter your iTunes password).
  5. Once the installation is complete, TransferHome App should appear on your iPhone’s home screen.

Yes, you can. If you want to use different devices to transfer mobile credit you should:

  1. Download the app on all devices you want to use.
  2. Sign up with your active phone number and get a unique PIN code.
  3. Use this PIN to login the App from other devices.

* For security reasons you can only be logged in and use the App from 1 device at a time. (If you login with 2nd device, the 1st one will be automatically logged out)

TransferHome App is ready to use once successfully installed on your device and you’ve signed up/ logged in.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT

The process is very simple and straightforward.

  1. Download TransferHome App from Google Play or App Store.
  2. Tap Sign Up/Login.
  3. You will receive a unique pin code via SMS to complete the set up of your account.
  4. For security reasons, you are unable to use the app on multiple devices at the same time.
  5. You can log out from your TransferHome account manually. Tap the More icon in the bottom of the app.
USING THE APP

When you sign up or log in, you will be sent a unique safety PIN code via SMS that allows you to log in to your account.

Don’t worry, you will receive an SMS with your unique PIN code each time you log in to your TransferHome account. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Login page.
  2. Enter the phone number you provided when you created your TransferHome account and press the Login button.
  3. You will receive an SMS with your PIN code.

If you don’t receive your PIN code after a few attempts, you can contact Customer Service and request your PIN code.

You can use the resend code option. If you don’t get the code after a few attempts, please contact customer service.

With TransferHome, you can instantly top up a Pay As You Go International mobile number in 3 easy steps:

  1. Choose the mobile number from your contacts, favourites or use the dial pad to enter a phone number.
  2. Choose a package from the amounts on offer.
  3. Choose a method of payment. You can transfer money from your balance (if you have enough credit) or you can use your debit/credit card or your PayPal account.
MY ACCOUNT

You may also get push notifications if you installed TransferHome Android or iOS mobile app. You can enable or disable these notifications from within the app settings.

You can control if you would like to be kept up to date and receive marketing messages when you sign up for a new account by using the checkbox “Tick box to receive offers, content, and services from TransferHome and related products.”
